Since April 2019, I have been working closely with The Manufacturers’ Network in Christchurch and Auckland on the Skill Shift 2025 project which aims to define the skills needed for the 2025 workforce.

Dozens of interviews with Employees, Team Leaders, Employers, Industry Leaders are shaping how we define the skills New Zealanders should have in 2025.

Outcomes of this project will directly shape the curriculum for all Tertiary Education Providers in New Zealand and they will also impact re-training of current workforce across the country.

This project is incredibly exciting as it has a multi-generational effect.
