I have recently been interviewed by the BBC about ARIA, which is building open source autonomous logistics infrastructure to deliver goods to remote areas of the planet.

ARIA began as a 10-week student project called Matternet.  It was conceived by an international team of 18 leaders during the 2011 Graduate Studies Program of Singularity University at NASA Ames Research Park.
